FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for deployment, installation, maintenance and servicing of the various

brands of printer and multifunction equipment supported by the company. The job will be defined by

additional responsibilities and expectations, including but not limited to the following:

 Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience

 Demonstrate good technical and customer relation skills

 Perform a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation

removal and retrofits on assigned equipment

 Perform Basic Connected installations, sets up IP addresses, download printer drivers and

provide customer training on printing standalone and network devices

 Perform troubleshooting and repair or replace equipment components as necessary

 Demonstrate required digital competencies associated with assigned products and level

assignment

 Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned

 Perform any other duties as deemed necessary

 Effectively execute all required territory management and call handling procedures

 Complete all required administrative tasks (paperwork) in an accurate and timely manner

 Comply with all company policies

 Be able to interact with external customers in order to determine service requirements and

ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed

 Maintain a professional appearance at all times

 Maintain a productive and professional relationship with all company personnel

 Maintain a positive attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

1. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to conduct company business

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office

3. Five CXC O’ levels, including Mathematics and English

4. Experience involving computers and electronics

5. Experience in repair of office machines would be an asset

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be an asset

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Description:

The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supervising the mechanical maintenance service of plants and warehouses. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager.

The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator solves the problems related to malfunctions attributable to the mechanical field and guarantees the good functioning of the plants, machines and equipment of the plant

from a mechanical point of view.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

 Reports to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates with the Supply chain operations for the performance of its functions

 Identifies and contributes to the optimal technical solutions for the minimization of costs and the maximization of production efficiency

 Coordinates the internal and external mechanical resources and is responsible for carrying out the assigned repairs

 Supervises the activities of assigned staff, monitors their performance and conducts timely performance appraisals as required by the Company

 Contributes to ensuring the safe operation of equipment

 Manages workshop equipment and tools

 Collaborates with the Stores Team Leader to comply with the company spare parts management procedures

 Collaborates with colleagues in the Plant in the application of Lean Manufacturing and

Maintenance principles/practices

 Contributes to the activities necessary to support the maintenance, quality, health, safety and environment management systems

 Ensures the proper use of safety devices and personal protective equipment

 Drives technical and procedural measures to solve the problems related to malfunctions

attributable to the mechanical field

 Ensures the timely execution of mechanical maintenance activities at the appropriate times, as well as the carrying out of extraordinary mechanical interventions based on emergencies occurred, in line with the production needs of the plant

 Takes part in the commissioning of the new equipment in order to ensure its correct functioning

 Ensures the proper use of the equipment;

 Participates in the optimization of spare parts stocks in line with the Management Control

guidelines

 Reports emergencies or dangerous conditions;

 Contributes to the activities necessary to support the maintenance, quality, health, safety and environment management systems

 Ensures the proper use of safety devices and personal protective equipment

 Complies with Company procedures and provisions on quality, health, safety and environment management systems in order to continue continuous improvement

 Informs direct superiors of the non-compliance with the legislative provisions on health and safety and the environment and Food Safety, as well as any discrepancies concerning the application of the rules, procedures and instructions on health and safety and the environment and Food Safety

Required Education, Skills and Competencies:

 At least 5 years work experience in manufacturing factories with positions in Production and/or Plant Engineering and/or Maintenance
