CORE FUNCTIONS:
1. Establish and maintain trusted client and vendor-partner relationships including verbal and written communication, report preparation and delivery, document preparation and submission, project management and service strategy.
2. Assist with enhancing service quality and response times by developing and implementing process improvement initiatives and workflow adjustments.
3. Assist with producing service goals that meet or exceed client expectations.
4. Serve as an agent in the company with a view to achieving budgeted sales. This will also involve searching for open avenues for clients to grow their businesses with the company’s products.
5. Participate in trade shows and conferences as a company spokesperson.
6. Provide up-to-date information on client/partner activity.
7. Identify prospective clients through networks, referrals, social media and website queries.
8. Organize and arrange specified records and files in order to keep track of client/partner- related transactions and activity.
9. Coordinate daily service-related activities to ensure timely service delivery, quality output and accurate customer submissions.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

(b) Qualifications andExperience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management Studies or related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution.
Four (4) years industry-related experience including customer service and operations coordination.
The following would be valuable assets:

• Advanced Customer Service Training
• Training in Microsoft Productivity tools
