MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure clean work station.
- Care laboratory instruments.
- Daily re-checks on chilled juice products.
- Daily checks on cooling tower water.
- Checks on boiler water when in use .
- Daily temperature checks on refrigerator and cold room units.
- Shelf life monitoring.
- Monitoring of squash production.
- Inventory of laboratory equipment (annually or bi-annually)
- Re-checks on concentrate.
- Daily check of titration and power of hydrogen.
- Daily check of yeast and mole.
- Routine checks of taste and odor.
- Other duties as required.
