The RIGHT candidate must be able to:

·         Liaise with vendors to validate and reconcile payments

·         Liaise with banks to verify and resolve payment or reporting issues as they may arise

·         Efficiently resolve all billing/payment related queries

·         Conduct periodic verification checks on customer’s accounts to maintain a high quality

           standard          

·         Generate invoices as well as issue customer account statements whenever necessary
