• Supervise all financial functions including monthly accounts, budget, credit, insurance, foreign exchange procurement and treasury functions.
• Analyse financial information for management decision making.

• Sound understanding of computerized accounting systems. Knowledge and use of ACCPAC software would be an advantage.

• Ensure that meals are prepared to customers liking

The RIGHT candidate must be able to:

·         Investigate and record cases of incidents, accidents and health complaints.

·         Undertake routine risk assessments, site and equipment inspections.

·         Enforce company’s health and safety standards relating to fire safety, hazardous materials, first aid, CPR and hygiene etc.

•  Visit stores assigned by Merchandiser
• Know sales arguments for each product and transmit to consumers that are present.

• Negotiate and maintain preferred floor spaces for products in assigned stores.
• Present and implement display proposals for obtained spaces
• Provide continuous feedback regarding inventory status/level.

The RIGHT candidate must be able to:

• Monitor stock levels using reports.
• Check the temperature of the cold room daily
• Ensure that the wholesale is clean and ready for the following day
  
• Inform cashiers when an item is out of stock
• Ensure all equipment are functioning properly, and if not faulty equipment is recognized, contact the relevant persons to fix them
• Monitor the wholesale and ensure that items are being weighed correctly.
• Ensure employees leaving the premises are checked 
• Ensure that cashier stations are clean at all times
• Ensure that work commences on time.
• Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
• Check off all incoming goods from delivery trucks
• Finalize all inventory stock count
• Review all reports given at end of each day for each department
• Ensure purchases are made when stock has been depleted
