You will be primarily responsible for the provision of the necessary support needed to Customers and the Customer Service Department. The Job will be defined by additional responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers in person via telephone and
email,
Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
Organize and create accounts for customers
Gathering market and customer information
Provide customers with account assistance as and when needed,
Receive and process client orders according to prescribed standards,
Effective monitoring of service requests received ensuring that responses are undertaken in a timely,
efficient and effective manner,

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 CXC /GCE O’ Levels / CAPE passes
(inclusive of Mathematics and English or Mathematics and Accounts)
Excellent knowledge of MS office,
Min 2 years Prior work-experience in customer service or a similar capacity
