Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum First Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehousing and/or Inventory Control
• Certificate in Supervisory Management an asset
• Experience id receiving and dispatching delivery trucks

The RIGHT candidate must be able to:

• Call at customers sites at regular intervals as directed by the Customer Service Manager/Service Coordinator
• Ensure that the proper proportions of chemical is mixed, and efficiently applied to the surface or placed (in the case of baiting) safely.
• Ensure that all Electronic Fly Catchers and other units eg Bait stations and Traps serviced are in full working order, clean and contain the appropriate preparation.
• Install or remove products as required by the Customer Service Manager/Service Coordinator. A service card and Installation or removal sheets will accompany all such work.
• Ensure that the customer’s site is left clean, tidy and all service waste/packaging is removed upon completion of the job and disposed of safely.
• Ensure that the customers’ signature is obtained on each service visit and on the installation/removal service card.
• Carry out any urgent servicing of all Washroom or Pest Control products as may be required from time to time and ensure that the customer signature is collected on the service card and or Service Report.
• Organize, in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager/Supervisor, your own service area to achieve maximum efficiency within each service route.
• Accurately maintain service records and make returns as required by the Supervisor / Customer Service Manager.
• Carry out servicing, installations or removals on other service areas within the branch as required from to time to time.
• Keep the company vehicle in a clean condition (inside and out) and make weekly checks of tire pressures, oil & water levels. All defects must be reported immediately to the Customer Service Manager/Service Coordinator.
• Drive the vehicle within the confines of the law, and to maintain a current valid driver’s license.
• Wear the issued uniform at all times, keep in a clean & tidy condition.
• Ensure that personal protective clothing or equipment issued to you is worn and maintained in a clean, useable and safe condition and to report any defects immediately for rectification.
• Be aware of the Health & Safety requirements as laid down in the Health & Safety Policy and your own personal responsibilities within the Health & Safety Policy.
• Immediately report any hazardous site conditions, incidents or accidents to the Customer Service Manager in line with current policy
• Ensure that any chemicals issued are handled, stored & disposed of correctly in line with Divisional requirements.
• Contact the branch for messages at least twice per day
