THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO THE TEAM OF WEALTH ADVISORS AND CIIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS. IN THE CENTRAL AND NORTH REGIONS TO ENSURE SALES TARGETS ARE MET AND DUTIES PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS SET, WHJIE SUPPORTING THE COMPANY'S OVERALL STRATEGIC-MARKETING-PLAN BY FOCUSING ON TARGETED. MARKETS AND DESIRED INDUSTRY GROUPS, AS WELL AS ASSISTING -WITH THE DE_VETOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT SUPPORT THE STRATEGIC DIRECTION COMPANY.
THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE FREQUENT TRAVEL WITHIN THE- CENTRAL AND NORTH REGIONS AND, OCCASIONALLY, ISLAND-WIDE.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• DEVELOP STRATEGIES AND MONITOR EFFORTS OF THE TEAM -TO' TARGET NEW CLIENTS INCLUDING PRESENTATIONS, COLD CALLING, NETWORKING, VISITS OR THROUGH AN INTRODUCTORY BASIS ESTABLISHED BY THE GROUP MARKETING DEPARTMENT OR ANY OTHER MEANS
• MONITOR TEAM TO ENSURE CLIENT SERVICE IN THE UNIT IS AT THE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN ADHERENCE WITH GUIDELINES SET
• PRODUCE MONTHLY REPORTS THAT MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE OF THE TEAM MEMBERS (SCORECARDS)
• ADVISE POTENTIAL INVESTORS OF THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, NEGOTIATE PORTFOLIO STRATEGIES AND INVESTMENT TERMS
• MANAGE RESOLUTION OF CLIENT ISSUES
• MAINTAIN AND UPDATE COMPLAINTS LOG
• ASSIST IN CONCEPTUALIZING AND COORDINATING VARIOUS CLIENT EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS IN THE REGION SUPERVISE TEAM MEMBERS INCLUDING:
• FACIELITATING THE PRODUCTIVITY; EFFECTIVENESS, AND DEVELOPMENT OF REPORTING TEAM MEMBERS
• COMMUNICATING COMPANY, DEPARTMENTAL, AND UNIT GOALS AND STANDARDS FOR PRODÜCTIVITY OF REPORTING TEAM MEMBERS
• PROVIDING PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK AND COACHING TO REPORTING TEAM MEMBERS TO FACILITATE PRODUCTIVITY AND DEVELOPMENT
• FACILITATING. THE DEVELOPMENT BF REPORTING TEAM-MEMBERS; IDENTIFY, ARRANGE AND COORDINATE TRAINING NEEDS FOR DIRECT REPORTS
• CONDUCT SURVEYS OF COMPETITORS AND DETERMIHE APPROPRIATE COMPETITIVE STRATEGIES.
• ASSIST IN HEW PRODUCT AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
• IDENTIFY AND ANALYZE THE COMPANYL S STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND RESPOND TO OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS IN THE ENVIRONMENT
• ENSURE PHYSICAL SURROUNDINGS OF OFFICE ARE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRESCRIBED STANDARDS
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIALIZED SKIRSFCOMPETENCIES:
• MINIMUM OF BACHELORS DEGREE IN A RELEVANTDISCIPLINE, FROM A RECDGNIZED TERTIARY INSTITUTION
• MASTERS DEGREE IN A BUSINESS-RELATED FIELD PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
• COMPLETION OF JAMAICAN SECURITIES CERTIFICATE COURSE
• AT LEAST FOUR (4) YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN-A SIMILAR POSITION, WITH SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES.
