The RIGHT candidate will:
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Be able to provide excellent customer service
- Understand member/customer needs and recommending suitable products utilizing the Organization’s preferred way of selling;
- Process and deliver responses to service requests from members and customers.
- Sell company’s products and services, opening/changing accounts and referring members and customers to the products and services offered by the companies within the group
- Participate in all refreshers, reviews or courses for policies, procedures, system and method updates and regulations as required.
- Possess the ability to do basic accounting
- Have knowledge of Tracking potential member losses and revenue losses, alerting Branch management and assisting in halting such actions where possible
- Open accounts, make account changes and follow through on all account queries and requests for Building Society members as requested.
- Confirm transaction accuracy and completeness and check off all supporting documents
- Confirm exchange rate for currency/transaction type and effective date
- Update the system with all transactions processed while off-line within the same business day that the system is restored.
- Be able to conduct regular reviews of the policies, legislations and regulations related to the transactions within your responsibilities
Qualification and Experience
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or other relevant field.
- Experience in Basic Accounting
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
