This position is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of all
compensation and benefits in accordance with compensation agreements,
policies and regulations.
- Establish processes to plan and deliver
salaries and benefits as per established SLA
- Set calendars, cut-off times, limits and guidelines for all compensation processes
- Set calendars, cut-off times, limits and guidelines for all benefit processes
- Organize ad direct team to carry out activities required.
- Review and confirm quality of output
- Monitor and report on SLA performance for compensation and benefit processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and report on unit performance
- First Degree in Human resources, general management
or equivalent;
> 5 years’ experience in HR;
> 3 years’ experience at a supervisory or team lead role; experience in compensation and benefits management.
