KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- REVIEW ARID INTERPRET REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH ASSIGNMENT SO AS TO MEET EXPECTATIONS
- CREATE PROCESS MAPS
- REVIEW AND ANALYZE/INTERPRET PROCESS MAPS AND SOURCE DOCUMENTS
- CREATE STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURAL INSTRUCTIONS TO GUIDE. USERS, WITHIN ESTABLISHED TIMELINES AND QUALITY STANDARDS
- SELECT RELEVANT TABLES AND OTHER ACCEPTABLE TOOLS TO ILLUSTRATE MATERIAL
- EDIT, WORDSMITH, AND FORMAT PROCEDURES USING THE COMPANY STANDARDS REGARDING ORDER, CLARITY, CONCISENESS, STYLE (FORMAT, LAYOUT AND SO ON) AND VERSION CONTROL.
- DESCRIBE COMPLEX PROCESSES IN CLEAR ENGLISH FOR ALL LEVELS OF USERS, TO ENSURE QUALITY OF FLOW AND ACCURACY, TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO PERFORM THEIR FUNCTIONS
- LIAISE WITH STAKEHOLDERS AT ALL LEVELS TO OBTAIN CLARITY/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTINENT TO THE DOCUMENTATION PROCESS
- APPLY ANALYTICAL SKILLS TO IDENTIFY AND REFER GAPS (UNCLEAR/INCOMPLETE INFORMATION), FOLLOW THROUGH FOR RESOLUTION AND INCORPORATE IN THE. DOCUMENTATION
- APPLY HYPERLINKING WITHIN DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE QUICK AND EASY ACCESS TO OTHER RELATED POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND USER GUIDES
- CREATE/AMEND PROCEDURES TO ADDRESS GAPS IDENTIFIED IN AUDIT REPORTS IN A TIMELY MANNER IN ORDER TO ENSURE ZERO SLIPPAGE
- ASSIGN AND MAINTAIN PROCESS, POLICY AND PROCEDURE NUMBERS IN NUMERICAL SEQUENCES
- MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING IN PROPERLY LABELLED FOLDERS AND IN AN ORGANIZED MANNER ON THE DESIGNATED SHARED DRIVE FOR EASY ACCESS, AUDIT PURPOSES AND OTHER QUERIES/REQUESTS: CURRENT MS WORD VERSIONS OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO EFFECT UPDATES AND THE PUBLICATION OF APPROVED REVISED DOCUMENTS ON THE LOCAL INTRANET; OBSOLETE VERSIONS OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES; AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION IN RESPECT OF APPROVALS FOR THE AS-SIGNED DOCUMENTATION REQUESTS
- PARTICIPATE IN THE PERIODIC -REVIEWS OF PROCESSES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIALIZED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BANKING, FINANCE, ENGLISH, COMMUNICATIONS, OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATIONS, FROM A RECOGNIZED TERTIARY INSTITUTION
- AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS. OF BANKING-EXPERIENCE
- EXPOSURE TO PROCESS MAPPING TOOK, ESPECIALLY IBM
- BLUEWORKS LIVE, AND THE CREATION OF PROCESS MAPS
- ABILITY TO INTERPRET PROCESS MAPS AND CREATE PROCEDURE DOCUMENTS/GUIDELINES
- SELF-DISCIPLINED AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY ON OWN INITIATIVE
- SOLID ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO ORGANIZE AND PRIORITIZE MULTIPLE PROJECTS/ASSIGNMENTS
- ABILITY TO COMPLETE ASSIGNED DELIVERABLES WITHIN TIMELINES AND WORK WELL IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
