Summary of Activities
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
Manage staff and Food Safety programme, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Review Profit and lost statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and have a strong focus on cost deduction areas needing cost reduction and program/ procedures improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
- Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits and constraints.
- Strengthen and Maintain an efficient food safety System with continuous improvement
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Production Manager and the Administrative staff to ensure that the entire operations are running smoothly.
- Produce costing analysis for all sales quarterly for sales revenue etc as per template
- Produce a monthly report provided to CEO to reflect true performance and how to improve on performance or adjust to challenges that may have risen in past months.
- Play the leading role in planning budget and cash flow projections with feedback from relevant department heads.
- Lead management meetings objectively to grow and maintain a viable operation such as to make productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management / Management studies
- Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in Operations Management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Must be proactive, self-disciplined and be able to work on own initiative.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
