Description:
This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance of staffrecords, HR calendars and
time and attendance records. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of standard HR services
Supervise the records and administration team
Supervise the maintenance of all staff records and the reconciliation and quality assurance across paper and electronic
systems.
Provide the HR team with access to records as needed, including analysis of record updates and changes.
Coordinate the provision of services to staff, related to their HR records or data.
Manage HR concierge services. Track and report on all service requests and all requests to access HR team members.
