Purpose of the Role
Across all compay’s properties, this role is responsible to plan and execute structured projects/programs for the on time and on budget delivery of allocated Customer Experience projects and programs which have achieved formal approval from the Project Review Board (PRB) and Customer Experience Management team.
This position will work within the Central Customer Experience organization reporting to the Senior Director – CX Programs, CIP and CRM. This position will have both indirect management of resources locally, internationally and in each business unit.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of critical Customer Experience technology related projects

Support Business Plan Development to assure that objectives, milestones and financial models are valid
-
Total control of and exact tracking of Capex and Opex under the guidance of CX leadership.

Correctly initiate all approved projects for delivery on time and on budget.

Proactively mitigate and control risks.
-
Measure and Report per company norms with Key Performance Indicators.

Quality delivery of projects into business operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
-
5 or more years’ experience, proven ability and successful delivery of enterprise grade technical projects from one or more of these areas:
-
Strong ability to work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements in line with the overall CRM roadmap and translate into a formal business requirement document (BRD)

Strong facilitation of meetings between IT Solution Architects and business stakeholders that will drive an agreed upon and finalized BRD and a design that meets requirements

Demonstrated skill in structured planning with Key Performance Indicators to establish a deliverable plan and reporting throughout execution.

Deliver fully scoped and granular-detailed Project Plans, covering all stages and sub-stages of the project lifecycle (Initiate, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, Closing) and considering all dependencies, impacts and potential risks to the project

Excellent PowerPoint and data analysis tools (Excel), including advanced modeling

Familiarity with project management and process mapping software desirable (i.e. MS Project, MS Visio, Clarizen, Clarity, Jira)

Willing to travel as required away from the corporate base.

Experience working in cross-functional, international teams

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse set of multiple and complex milestones and activities.

Fluent English in both verbal and written form; Spanish fluency highly desirable.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple groups, including internal resources and external professional service providers

Track record of concurrently handling a variety of projects while coordinating and supporting the efforts of cross-functional team members
