COMPLY WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES AND ENSURE
ADHERENCE BY KITCHEN STAFF IN COLLABORATION WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER.
ENSURE THE PROMOTION OF HARMONY AMONG EMPLOYEES
ENSURE PRODUCTS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY ARE SERVED AT ALL TIMES.
ANY OTHER DUTY THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATE IN FOOD AND NUTRITION OR EQUIVALENT TRAINING IN CULINARY ARTS IS
DESIRABLE. MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) YEAR’S EXPERIENCE AS A HEAD CHEF (SUPERVISOR) IN A HIGH
VOLUME OPERATION WOULD BE HIGHLY DESIRABLE AND/OR CATERING SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
A CURRENT FOOD HANDLER’S PERMIT
