company as Human Resource Information
Systems Analyst.
The RIGHT
candidate must be able to:
- Prepare budgets
- Participate in HRMS Detail Team meetings ensuring broader organization
needs are met and are included as part of the analysis process to reach the
most effective and efficient use of the Human Resource Management Systems
(HRMS)
- Manage the availability of software to the users
- Monitor the security and access to the software
- Define business requirements for the development of the HRIS based
solutions to support evolving business needs
- Provide updated information to the department management regarding
HRIS project status
- Research audit, analyze, summarize, and transform data into
meaningful information to meet the operational needs
- Act as a major contributor in system implementation and upgrades
by assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR Information
Systems, upgrades or patches.
- Gathers and analyze data to provide specifications to software for
system modifications and interfaces
- Report on reconciliation of HRP5 monthly – accurately and on time
- Raft the Manpower budgets for the organization and its
subsidiaries
- draft the Human Resource Budget
- Provide planning support and assist with the set up and facilitation
of planning sessions
- Provide report support to the IR process related to Union
Negotiations
- Keep up to date on the laws, regulations, practices and procedures
related to the Human Resources process, that can affect the data
- Monitor the trend or incidents within the human resource process
that can affect the data
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business
Administration or its equivalent
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel with
primary focus on spreadsheet development
- Certification in Project Management
- Certification in Business Analysis(optional)
Other Requirements:
- A
minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative work support in
Human Resources environment
- 3 to 5
years HRIS and project management experience
- A
statistical analysis or analytics background is desirable
- 2-4
years of progressive experience working with HR systems
- Knowledge
and experience in E-Learning Software/Tools
- Knowledge
and Experience in Business Process Review
