● AT LEAST 1 YEAR PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A SUPERVISORY OR MANAGEMENT PREFERABLY IN THE PETROLEUM AND/OR AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
● EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
● GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE TASKS
● ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
● ABLE TO THRIVE IN A DEADLINE DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT
● EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL, ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND APTITUDE FOR NUMBERS
● SALES AND PERSUASION SKILLS

JOB SUMMARY:
THE OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FIELD SUPERVISOR IS ENSURING THAT THE BRANCH OPERATES EFFICIENTLY AND PROFITABLY WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE YOUR SALES, MARKETING, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS BY BEING PROACTIVE AND EFFICIENT TO GUARANTEE THAT THE BRANCH EXCEEDS ALL SALES TARGETS.

● MAINTAIN CURRENT CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND DEVELOP THE CUSTOMER BASE
● VISITING CUSTOMERS
● MAINTAIN DEPARTMENT/BRANCH BUDGET
● MONITOR, MENTOR AND TRAIN JUNIOR STAFF
● MAINTAIN HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND UPDATED CLIENT FILES
● WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ACHIEVE SHARED GOALS
● MAXIMIZING GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY BY DEVELOPING PLANS TO INCREASE BUSINESS.
● ENSURING THAT HIGH LEVELS OF SERVICE ARE MAINTAINED
● HOLDING TEAMS MEETINGS
● ORDER CLEANING SUPPLY
● ORDER OFFICE SUPPLY
● END OF DAY LODGEMENTS.
● LIAISING WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SURE THEY’RE SATISFIED WITH THE DEPOT’S PERFORMANCE
● MONITORING AND MAINTAINING STOCK LEVELS TO ENSURE THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS CAN BE MET
● ENSURING THAT BRANCH ADHERES TO HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES
● MEETING WITH AREA AND REGIONAL MANAGERS TO SHARE BEST PRACTICE
● PREPARATION OF DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTS.
● DIRECT OVERSIGHT OF DAILY LOGISTICS.
● UPHOLD THE EXCELLENT REPUTATION OF OUR FIRM
● ASSIST WITH CLEANING UP
● ANY OTHER DUTY THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME
● REPORT DIRECTLY TO CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
